2.Use IP Address instead of URL

Goto Cmd (Start >Run >Cmd)
At there Type Ping "website" (Without Double Quotes)
Eg : ping facebook.com
Then You will get an IP address.Enter that IP in your browser address bar And Press Enter...

Transaltion services like Google translate,altavista, and Babelfish can help you to Access the Blocked Websites.
Goto Translation Service Website (eg : http://translate.google.com )
At there Enter your Desired Website.

4. Use Short URL Services

Using Short URLs are another way to bypass restricted web-sites. Sometimes the URL you intend to browse might be ban, but converting them to another a shorter URL with short URL services might just help you to bypass the settings

5. Use VPN

This Method is the Best way to Access blocked Websites , but it need Installation and not Workable for u if u dont Have Administrative rights ..:(
